Got to Pamplona Spain today. The cathedral here is absolutely jaw-dropping, and has a very extensive museum of history.
The other pictures are the actual streets where they run the bulls. We are staying in a hotel just off that big plaza and the bulls run right below it.
The fellow that brought me up to my room on the second floor warned me not to open the window, because the bulls will jump in. I think that was his sense of humor.

My knee was pretty swollen and painful last night so I decided to take a short day of rest and got to Pamplona, 9 miles from where we stayed last night, via taxi. It made me feel very guilty, but I also knew that if I didn’t rest my knee, I wouldn’t be going much further.
I actually picked up a couple of really good knee braces and took a bath in Epson salts. It made me feel like a hot Gumby.
One more thing, I know everyone probably saw the original message about giving thanks to Desert Orthopedics in Bend. I was surprised to see a phone call come in just a few minutes ago from their office. Thomas was checking on me to make sure I was doing OK. As I said, they are a great group of compassionate humans.
