We’re here!!!!

We are here in Saint Jean, France and ready to start our amazing and beautiful (I say that now...) hike up the mountain. We visited the pilgrims office and got our credentials and our Camino Santiago shell.

It's been very hot and humid here so we're hoping to get up the mountain where it might be a little cooler. Didn't sleep very well, and had some very bizarre dreams, I suspect due to my travel, and anticipation. It's a good thing that Steve is hard of hearing, because I snored like a mule and kept waking myself up.

The picture here is of the famous bridge that pilgrims cross at the start of the Camino Santiago, the French way. There are a lot of cobblestone streets, and this is a very old medieval city.
